What do I do if the Beam vehicle I'm riding is damaged?

Do not ride a Beam vehicle that is damaged. If you unlock a Beam that does not work due to an identifiable damage, please end the trip at the nearest appropriate location and report the issue to us:

  • Once you end your trip, tap on “Get help” button at the post-trip screen to get in touch with us.

  • Tell us what was wrong with your Beam vehicle in detail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • You can also report an issue later by navigating to your “Riding history”.
