Do not ride a Beam vehicle that is damaged. If you unlock a Beam that does not work due to an identifiable damage, please end the trip at the nearest appropriate location and report the issue to us:
Once you end your trip, tap on “Get help” button at the post-trip screen to get in touch with us.
Tell us what was wrong with your Beam vehicle in detail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can also report an issue later by navigating to your “Riding history”.
