Did you notice your Beam vehicle having some issues? Please report the malfunction so we can fix it:

  1. Once you end your trip, tap on “Contact Support” on the trip receipt screen - then tap on “Chat with us”.

  2. Tell us what was wrong with your Beam in detail - and request a refund (it can take up to 5 days to get a refund).

  3. You can also report an issue later by navigating to your “Trip History” and “Contact Support” from there.

If you unlock a vehicle that does not work, simply end the trip without riding and you will automatically be refunded. Please report the issue so we can get it fixed.

Do not ride a Beam vehicle that is damaged.
