Yes, you can immediately cancel your current active Ride Pass or subscription by purchasing a new one. To do so, simply:

  1. Simply open the Beam app.

  2. Navigate to "Menu".

  3. Select "Passes and Subscriptions".

  4. Choose and purchase the new Ride Pass or subscription that best fits your needs.

  5. You will see a "Replace current plan" prompt asking for your confirmation to proceed.

  6. Select "Yes, replace plan" to proceed to complete the purchase and replace your plan.

It's important to note that by agreeing to replacing your current plan, any unused balance will not be refunded.
