Your Ride Pass or subscription activates immediately after you complete your purchase successfully, and it will last until the same time on the end-date outlined.
For instance, if you purchase a 1-Day Pass at 10:00 AM today, it will expire at the same time at 10:00 AM tomorrow.
Trips that started during but ended after the active plan period, will be charged at the standard rate. Thus, you are encouraged to ride and consume ride time within the active period.
To view the expiry date and time of your Ride Pass or subscription
Simply open the Beam app.
Navigate to "Menu".
Select your current active Ride Pass or subscription.
