If you’re involved in an accident whilst riding a Beam vehicle, please first ensure you are at a safe area, and then get emergency or medical services where required.

Once you’re safe and cared for, ask for and share contact details with the persons involved as necessary, and record the incident details, such as photos, time and date, vehicle code, location etc., then please report the incident to us here on our website, our dedicated team members will then attend to your report accordingly.
