Sometimes if we weren’t able to charge your payment method for a trip, you may be left with an outstanding balance.
When you attempt your next trip, you’ll be asked to update your payment. You won’t be able to start a new trip without doing that.
Alternatively you can also update your payment method by following these steps:
Select “Payment and Credit” from the menu.
Tap “Add Payment Method” or your existing one to update.
Once the outstanding balance is paid, you’re ready to go!
