If you have an unpaid trip, you will not be able to start a new trip with Beam until it is paid. To pay for your unpaid trip:
Verify Payment Method
Ensure your registered payment method has sufficient funds or is valid.
Update or Change Payment Method
Update or change your payment method in the Beam app as necessary.
Payment Retry
Once you have successfully secured your payment method, Beam will automatically attempt to charge the unpaid amount, or the next time you attempt to start a new trip.
