What should I do if I have an unpaid trip?

If you have an unpaid trip, you will not be able to start a new trip with Beam until it is paid. To pay for your unpaid trip:

  • Verify Payment Method

    • Ensure your registered payment method has sufficient funds or is valid.

  • Update or Change Payment Method

    • Update or change your payment method in the Beam app as necessary.

  • Payment Retry

    • Once you have successfully secured your payment method, Beam will automatically attempt to charge the unpaid amount, or the next time you attempt to start a new trip.
