To verify your payment method we often charge a small, temporary pre-authorisation fee to your card. Any such fee is automatically reimbursed to your account once the verification is complete.

If you start a ride right after registering your payment, we’ll adjust the reimbursed fee to reflect the cost of the ride.

When starting any Group Rides, you may see several pre-authorisation fees - one for each rider.

Rest assured that in all cases you’ll be reimbursed for any such pre-authorisation fees - even if it takes several business days for some banks to show this on your statement.
