In Beam, we have a referral program that makes it easy to invite friends and family to give Beam a try for their very first time. By sharing and claiming a referral code, both the referrer and referee gets some free Beam credits to use!
How to claim a referral code
If you have received a referral code from your friend or family.
Simply open the Beam app.
Navigate to "Payments"
Then select "Add credit code/gift card" to enter the code and claim it.
Once you complete the above steps, you will receive your part of the Beam credits immediately. The referrer will only receive theirs when you have completed your first trip.
You can only claim referral code when you have not taken any trip!
How to refer someone to Beam
To refer a friend or family, you will first need to find your referral code to share.
Simply open the Beam app.
Navigate to "Menu"
Then select "Refer a friend" to find your referral code to share.
Your friend or family will receive their part of the Beam credits when they claim the code, and you will only receive yours after they have completed their first trip.
If the "Refer a friend" option is not available in the "Menu", this means the referral program is not be available in your area.
