Why did I get a recurring charge?

Recurring charges can occur with our weekly and monthly subscriptions, as these plans automatically renew at the end of its cycle by default. This helps to ensure an uninterrupted and seamless experience to our riders.

Rest assured, you have full control from the app to disable the auto-renewal at any time if you no longer wish to continue the subscription starting the next cycle.

How to Disable Auto-Renewal

  1. Simply open the Beam app.

  2. Navigate to "Menu".

  3. Select your current active plan.

  4. Click on the kebab/3 vertically-aligned dots icon found at the top right corner, and then select the "Disable auto-renewal" that appears.

If you happen to not be in a service area, and see a "Sorry, we don't service here yet" message restricting your app access, simply hold and drag the message window downwards to dismiss the message to access the app freely.
