Updating Email Address
Signing up and signing in with Beam are done via Single Sign-On (SSO) with your existing email address on a supported service, such as:
Google
Apple
As such, your Beam account is linked and bound to your email address and they cannot be updated.
However, if you're one of our loyal customer whose Beam account was signed up with a phone number in our early days, you may update your email address in the app by:
Open the Beam app.
Navigate to "Menu".
Select "My profile" to update your email address.
Updating Phone Number
Similar to the above, if your account is signed up with a phone number in our early days, the phone number is is linked and bound to your phone number and they cannot be updated.
