Why can't I see my Pass?

You can only see your Pass when it’s valid.

For example, if you’ve exhausted your daily usage allowance, it won’t be visible again until your new daily usage allowance is allotted the next day. It will also not be visible if you’re viewing the Beam app in a different city to where you purchased your Pass.
